做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
