做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
