做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
