做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
