做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
