做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
