做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
