做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
