做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
