做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
