做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
