做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
