做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
