做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
