做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
