做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
