做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
