做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
