做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
