做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
