做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
