做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
