做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
