做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
