做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
