做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
