做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
