做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
