做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
