做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
