做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
