做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
