做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
