做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
