做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
