做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
