做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
