做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
