做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
