做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
