做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
