做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
