做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
