做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
