做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
