做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
