做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
