做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
