做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
